[RAPPS-DB] Delete QMPLAY2.txt

The version 3.0.11 we currently have in rapps is not compatible to our target.
A year ago that was recognized already and there were promises
to update it. That didn't happen though for more than a year.
So Hasta La Vista, Baby!
Come up with a lower version.

You forgot to delete the ico... I have a PR solving that situation. :D
