Renaming Installing Bundler step of init

Summary:

“Installing Bundler” may be confusing in the context of React Native. It refers to a Ruby tool called “Bundler”, but the word “Bundler” is also sometimes used to describe Metro. Hence renaming it to "Installing Ruby Gems" instead.
