This is the second production snapshot of the v2 series.

• An authenticated API for programmatic editing has been added.
• The data model for metadata schemes now includes information on Linked Data namespaces.
• Collection-level endpoints (m, g, t, c, e, datatype, location, type, id_scheme, rel, invrel) now accept a q parameter for filtering the results using a subset of Lucene query syntax.
