Scorpio provoked bingbot causing duplicate score reporting

Upon provoking scorpio via the "whats the score" command, he should [redact] bingbot's name to prevent him from echoing the score with scorpio's name.. the fact that this needs reporting begs the question... kid, do u even bot?

This is a known issue and the 'known bots' feature from @mrluc bots must be
merged into scorpio. Know that I acknowledge and thank you for opening the
issue, though you should now know that I already knew this.

Known workaround: Don't give points to bingbot
Expected result: jarjarmuppet keeps his gungan mouth shut
