Breaking changes: flannel cni plugin is removed containernetworking/plugins#633 and the flannel cni plugin now lives in the Flannel organization https://github.com/flannel-io/cni-plugin
Considerations:
quay.io/coreos/flannel-cni-pluginonce they have released a version. I am currently confirming that the first version release will also be v1.0.0
