This is a feature request to support the basedir spec in rtorrent, which would look in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/rtorrent/ (defaulting to ~/.config/rtorrent/) for the rtorrent.rc file.

This would be very nice to have.

I would also propose that the session default also be moved by default into $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/rtorrent/session/ (defaulting to ~/.config/rtorrent/session).

This is not ready to merge, currently rtorrent's master is not compiling cleanly
so after that gets fixed I'll rebase and finish work on this patch.

il just consider this torrent client dead for now until this and #180 is fixed.
