Use Allocator instead of AllocRef and bump up r-efi version to 4 #2

rust-lang/wg-allocators#76

  • AllocRef is renamed.
  • Dependency of r-efi is too old

This PR fixes for these.

I merged this manually and pushed it as c9029a5. Note that I dropped Cargo.lock, as I do not include it for unreleased commits.

Thanks a lot for the patience, and thanks for keeping up with the allocator-wg and fixing this!
