Fix font artifacts

This fixes #365 by merging the 3 fonts from quran/quran.com-images#7,
quran/quran.com-images#8, and quran/quran.com-images#9.

i've re-deployed to staging pointing to the updated fonts - i think we should go ahead and push this (we'll also have to push to cdn). please compare:

• http://quran.com/4/171 with http://staging.quran.com:32789/4/171 (mouse over the word wa7id in line 4 (the 3rd word) and notice the highlighted portion under the word sub7anah (the 5th word)).
• http://quran.com/61/14 with http://staging.quran.com:32789/61/14 (mouse over the ayah number in both to see the difference - it's a line in the original one that this removes).
• http://quran.com/63/4 with http://staging.quran.com:32789/63/4 (mouse over the ayah number in both to see the difference - it's a very minor different)
