Update to use OpenSim 4.3 and 4.4 #1

The current Open PAF Opensim example requires Opensim 4.2 and Python 3.7.9.
Two new versions of Opensim were released and both require python 3.8: https://simtk-confluence.stanford.edu:8443/display/OpenSim/Scripting+in+Python#ScriptinginPython-SpecialinstructionsforPython3.8+onWindows:

The instructions have been updated to be able to use OpenSim 4.3 or 4.4

Tested with the demo data and in OpenSim 4.3. and OpenSim 4.4 (I stopped at 'Using the exported files in OpenSim ->3. Use data in OpenSim' as I could see the data in the Visualizer)

It worked with OpenSim 4.4, I didn't need to offset the model. It was good.
