tootsea-v1.1 April 2020

This is the second official release of Tootsea but the 1st one on this repo (the very 1st one was done for Seanoe DOI). Some new features :

• New instruments parser : Nortek Aquapro, Signature and Continental.
• Simplification of some GUI elements
• Simplification of new parameter creation
• Icon for session quick session save
• Web documentation associated to the code
• Some unit checks are available in tests/
