Add JRuby ruby version.
Add TruffleRuby with GraalVM ruby version.
Add Mac OS operating system.
Update Ruby CI workflow to run test rake task (without standard).
Add new StandardRB workflow (only runs once, uses current ruby).

CI's JRuby, TruffleRuby, and TruffleRuby with GraalVM rubies will all be the current releases at time of the build. I have a list of the currently supported versions of each commented out in the YAML. They are disabled because there are already so many jobs that are created, but those could be enabled if desired.

I will work on adding Windows as well, since there seem to be Windows users using m. But Windows in CI is enough of a pain I decided to leave it out for now.
