Quality Muncher is a batch script designed for making extremely customizable low quality videos, audios, images, and GIFs, with tons of features. If you have any bugs, issues, questions, or suggestions, feel free to make an issue here or join the discord server.
Press WIN + R and paste in the following command:
powershell "iex(iwr -useb install.qualitymuncher.lgbt)"
This will:
- Install Scoop, a convenient and easy-to-use package manager for Windows
- Install Git, needed to install and update FFmpeg
- Install FFmpeg
- Install Quality Muncher and add it to Send-to
Alternatively, you can install Quality Muncher manually by installing FFmpeg (the full version) and downloading Quality Muncher from this repository, then pressing WIN +R and typing shell:sendto
and dragging Quality Muncher into the folder that pops up.
Right click on your video, hover over "Send to" and select Quality Muncher.bat

Since Quality Muncher is a batch file, it is only compatable with Windows systems. However, Atzur is developing a python version of Quality Muncher that works on all systems, and I'm working on a version written in Go.
