Hi, @datumbox If we want to quote and modify these files whose copyright headers are now removed, what copyright information should we add? |

@zhiqwang The reason I removed the specific headers was because they were added only in a couple of files and they were not consistent with the rest of the code. You will notice that every copyright header from other projects is maintained to give proper credit. This change is more in the direction of being consistent within TorchVision, there is no change on the licensing or policy. |

There are some randomly placed FB copyright headers in the codebase. As discussed, these can be removed.
This PR does not remove any copyright headers that are required because we incorporate code from other company projects.
