Travis-CI is having some sort of weird issue -- I can't understand how it decided to try to merge the code. Maybe there's some sort of issue where it doesn't merge in any updates to .travis.yml? Anyway, I'm going to close + reopen this to force travis-ci to re-merge and try again. |

In the section "Building and testing" of INSTALLING.md, have commands to clone the clang and the llvm repositories, but the links are broken.
