Currently, the API documentation is not being rendered on the documentation site. See: https://pybop-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/index.html

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Navigate to https://pybop-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api/index.html or build the docs locally with nox -s docs
