v1.2 - With MQA Original Sample Rate

Reverse engineered Original Sample Rate Data
added GUI (in theory they work)

Windows: MQA_identifier.exe
MAC OS: MQA_identifier (I don't have a Mac so I build it on a VM, in theory it works)
Linux: here, your ingredients, build a cake :P

If you want the GUIs:

Windows: Download "MQA_id_GUI_win64" unzip it (Lock it, fill it, curl it, find it) run mqa_gui
MAC OS: Download "MQA_id_GUI_OSX.zip"
