In 135c883 we added the voxpupuli-acceptance gem, which re-enabled the Beaker rake task that was removed in more recent versions of the PDK template. This commit adds that gem to .sync.yml, which ensures that that gem will not be removed or overwritten by PDK in future updates.
In preparation for a major release, this commit ran `pdk update` against the latest PDK template, 2.7.5.
Support for Puppet 6 was dropped in February 2023. In preparation for an upcoming major release of this module, this commit drops support for Puppet 6 in the metadata.json.

This PR drops support for Puppet 6 in the metadata.json and applies the latest PDK template (2.7.5) in preparation for a major release soon.
