Kaxaml 2.0.0-alpha.5

Make Kaxaml great again...

The main repository doesn't make any updates or changes (jepp it's an old project...) and the main web site is down, so here is a compiled Kaxaml with some changes.

• Remove dependencies
  • CommonServiceLocator, PixelLab, Prism (we need only 3 things from the PixelLab)
  • Take the code stuff which was used from https://github.com/thinkpixellab/bot and put it to Kaxaml.Core
