Travis is failing on all the PRs since last evening

I tried a couple of fixes last night on #8074

  • Updating system gems on the before script
  • updating bundler
  • reinstalling rails
    replacing bundle exec rails to bundle exec rake removed the error and the tests ran but it is causing a bunch of unit and integration tests to fail

Any pointers are appreciated
