Import MakerGear printer profiles #9169

Hello! I've created a vendor profile for all of MakerGear's printers, nozzle types, and different printing modes (like duplication). I've been using these for the last couple of months and everything is working very nicely. A few dozen people in the MakerGear community have been using these profiles without issue.
Feel free to offer suggestions and please let me know if the thumbnails are okay!

Thank you. I checked the bundle. There is quite a lot of issues with provided bundle, like incorrect using of printer and filament keys in print profile sections (like retraction parameters, fan speed, etc.), also using print settings keys in filament profiles (first layer speed). I removed invalid keys and did some other cleaning and fixes, so error log is now clean. I am attaching current version, please add missing keys to printer profiles (mainly retraction settings). You have to add those keys to printer profiles, not print profile (like it was before). I would do it myself, but I am not completely sure what were your intentions and I don't have any experience with MakerGear printers.

BTW. You can run prusa-slicer-console with --loglevel=5 parameter to check for errors.

@Garr-R Are you planning to update the bundle?

@rtyr Thank you for the taking the time to reformat and restructure some of the profiles settings! I'm going to be testing the new version early this week before updating the vendor bundle. Using the "--loglevel=5" parameter should definitely speed up future profile development!

- Updated naming semantics to prevent CLI errors
- Updated config version number
- Capitalized printer thumbnail PNGs
- Added update URL for new profile updates
- Fixed M3-ID Duplication Mode Starting Script to explicitly heat both hotends
- Fixed build volume size to help center/align parts (M2/M3 printers)
- Moved retraction settings to printer settings instead of nozzle/print settings

I've updated the vendor profile(s) and it should now be ready for v2.6. Thank you again for your help and suggestions!!

Do you require any further changes to the profile bundle?

Thanks. I will fix some minor things I found (slient_mode->silent_mode and non-ideal compatible condition for "MakerGear PLA" resulting in two duplicite profiles for Micro).

Then I will prepare thumbnails (it needs to be transparent for dark mode) and I think we are good to go.

Profiles are now available for PrusaSlicer 2.6.0-alpha2 and newer (PS2.6.0 can download new vendor on-line). Thank you.
