Description of the bug

When opening the tip of the day, when the "Configuration snapshots" tip appears, the link does not open the snapshots screen when clicked. This only happens in Portuguese Brazil, in English it works normally.

It is expected to open the snapshots screen.

Project file & How to reproduce

Change the language to Brazilian Portuguese. Close.

Just launch the app. If necessary, change the tip of the day until it hits.

Try clicking on the shortcut to open the snapshots screen.
Nothing happens.

Change the language to English. Now it works.

It seems that it also occurs in version 2.4.2+win64.

… work in the language Portuguese Brazil

Note: This bug was related not just for the language Portuguese Brazil but for all another dictionaries, where
for "&MenuItem" and "MenuItem" are used "&LocalMenuItem1" and "LocalMenuItem2" instead of "&LocalMenuItem" and "LocalMenuItem"
