Restore idler motor currents to 1.0.6 values #350

After much trial and error I discovered that my MMU2 idler would occasionally skip when it was moving, or slip when it was idle. This sets the Run and Hold currents to their previous 1.0.6 values which do not exhibit any skipping or slipping.

Note, I copied the "mA" values in the comments as well but I suspect the 1.0.6 comments may not have been correct and better calculations may be desired.

Idler may skip if the motor is not strong enough.
This returns the iRun and iHold values to their pre-MMU3 values which
are large enough to prevent skipping.
