Add MIT license to the project

Deep Notes: v1

Supports the following use case:

1. Select any text on an Obsidian note.
2. Right click to see 'Create new note' option in the menu. => Click on 'Create new note'.
3. A new note will be created with file name and title = selected text.
4. Selected text in the original note will be replaced by a link to the new note.
