Occasionaly CI fails with error related to Route Table creation #1

Seems that there is a new issue appeared in Terraform AWS provider related to Route table creation. The error we usually get looks like:

Unable to find matching route for Route Table (rtb-xxxxx) and destination CIDR block (x.x.x.x/x)

There is a referenced issue that should be monitored to track and fix the issue => hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#13138

Was fixed on 2.67 provider.
