Adding a table to my database

I'm stumped!

I added a table definition to my schema file:

	  <foreign-key foreignTable="user" onDelete="SETNULL">

	</table>

I then run ./propel -v model:build
of which a part outputs

  + Table: dslocation
	-> (unchanged) Base/Dslocation.php
	-> (unchanged) Map/DslocationTableMap.php
	-> (unchanged) Base/DslocationQuery.php
	-> (exists) Dslocation.php
	-> (exists) DslocationQuery.php
		(no change)

But when I run my application I'm getting this error (whenever I'm initialising Propel).

[24-5-22 10:59am] [0]: Uncaught exception "Error" with message "Class "\Map\DslocationTableMap" not found" in /Users/murraycollingwood/dev/sobs-git/trunk/vendor/propel/propel/src/Propel/Runtime/Map/DatabaseMap.php on line 117 school=[null]

In Propel 1.6 there was a convert-conf function to rebuild the table maps, but it would appear this isn't required any more.
The ./propel config:convert does not require any updates

Jacaranda:trunk murraycollingwood$ ./propel config:convert
No change required in the current configuration file "/Users/murraycollingwood/dev/sobs-git/trunk/generated-conf/config.php".

I'm guessing this is something simple, but I just can't see what I'm doing wrong. Can you point me in the right direction please?

Are you using Composer for dependencies?
Have you run composer dump-autoload?
