Hi, first of all, see my comment in #1602 about the naming. Then we should ideally move all this parsing to https://github.com/prometheus/procfs - If you don't have time for this, I'd be also okay to keep it in here for now but not sure how @SuperQ thinks about this. Eventually this should be moved. |

@SuperQ wdyt? We don't really have a policy on this but I'd say additions that are in the spirit of the functionality of existing collectors can be done here, if the collector isn't using procfs already. |

Any update on this one making it into a tagged release soon? This is very useful in our production ZFS installation and we've been running with this change as a cherry-pick for a few weeks. |
