In Process Mining, basic descriptive statistics of case characteristics is usually projected onto process model elements for performance analysis. The so-called performance spectrum is used for the fine-grained description of the process performance over time. Despite they suggested how to integrate the performance spectrum with a Petri net model for analysis of processes with concurrency, aspects related to the multi-dimensional performance analysis and real-time performance monitoring using performance spectra are not studied yet. Our paper presents an approach and proof-of-concept implementation combining a synchronous proclet system with the performance spectrum for multi-dimensional performance real-time monitoring and post-mortem analysis. As we focus on material handling processes, we also show how to adjust the proclet system visualization for needs of experts of the logistic domain.
