Downloading beatmaps from the listing is not good/possible on mobile

Currently, in order to download a beatmap from the listing, hovering is required first to display the download button:

This feature prevents downloading beatmaps from the listing on mobile devices which use touch input, as the concept of "hovering" does not exist there. One basic solution could be to always display the download/favourite button when touch input is detected, cc @ppy/team-design

The right click menu is reasonably easy to access on mobile. Maybe adding "Download beatmap" and "Download without video" there is a good interim solution. Currently, there's a relatively useless "View beatmap".
