v0.5 (compatible with v0.2)

Includes the following improvements upon v0.2:

• Repaired table headers
• Added raw HTML tables
• Added CoreNLP tagged data
• Standardized CSV files: newlines are represented as actual newlines instead of \n
• Added gold logical forms for 300 examples
• Added the official evaluator and helper scripts

The compact version does not include raw HTML pages.
