Add 4 dynawaltz parameters
dump.export: export the dump in the export folder at the end of a simulation
dump.exportFolder: the folder were the dumps are stored
dump.useAsInput: use a dump stored in the export folder at the start of a simulation
dump.fileName: dump used as input
