Make plan selection easier

An interesting piece of feedback that came up and which was exactly what I was expecting from the user focus group was feedback on the 'select a plan' drop down selection: LinkedIn is reporting that when used over and over it is somewhat a hard and error prone interface to use. I suggested implementing a table interface instead. I am going to give it a shot and will see if it is easier to use.
