Upgrade the version of Presto spi, to explore new features in Presto.

In this issue, we only upgrade pixels connector to a Presto version between 0.208 and 0.215.

We plan to re-develop the connector for the latest Trino and/or PrestoDB later.

Upgrade the Presto version we support from 0.192 to 0.215, so that we can benefit from the GC and performance inprovement introduced by 0.215.

During the upgrading, we also found and fixed bugs in VarcharArrayBlock, PixelsPageSource, and PixelsRecordReaderImpl. The implementation of ColumnVectors are also refined.

Resolved, the upgrading helps reduce GC overhead, so we connect it to the GC Optimization milestone.
