By additional projections, we can store some group of columns in an additional set of files.
Queries can be redirected to the best fit project instead of the main table.

This is mainly to improve performance and reduce charges on S3, but it may also help to improve performance on HDFS or other storages.

[Issue #131]: implement projections for compact layout. (#134)

Projection for compact layout is similar to the projections in C-Store, it contains a subset of the columns that are frequently accessed by a set of queries.
