@hawkingrei perhaps we can remove check_dev's fmt&lint task after this patch merged?

@hawkingrei perhaps we can remove check_dev's fmt&lint task after this patch merged?

@tisonkun I will migrate enough linter into nogo to show huge performance improvement. Then I will remove check_dev's fmt&lint task. The main cause is that EE team have no metrics to show the data of this improvement.
