What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: close #33965

Problem Summary:

See #33965 (comment)

create view test.v as with tt as (select * from t) select * from tt;

This SQL should be restored to

WITH `tt` AS (SELECT `test`.`t`.`a` AS `a` FROM `test`.`t`) SELECT `tt`.`a` AS `a` FROM `tt`
                                                                   -- no schema name here

instead of

WITH `tt` AS (SELECT `test`.`t`.`a` AS `a` FROM `test`.`t`) SELECT `test`.`tt`.`a` AS `a` FROM `tt`

What is changed and how it works?

This PR prevent restoring the schema name of a column, if this column comes from a CTE table.
