  • Manage tidb-operator release CI scripts with github
  • Manager tkctl release CI scripts with github
  • Release tidb-backup-manager image to docker hub and uhub

The tidb-operator and cli release jobs on jenkins have been modified to use these CI scripts, and manual tests pass.
