Add interpretation for Pi-hole message type ADLIST

Accompany pi-hole/FTL#1415.

• How does this PR accomplish the above?:

Adding code necessary to pretty-print ADLIST database messages.

Example:

It also adds the code to link back to a specific adlistid by re-using code from a97f52a

• What documentation changes (if any) are needed to support this PR?:
