Small fixes and add shortcut keys

• Add shortcut keys to some buttons.
• Add gamepad left/right control back
• Other small fixes.

It's better with an installer

Just created an installer for this app. Easier for the Windows people.
Now also supports high dpi screens.

Finally a play list with A B loop

• Now you can set A B loop for each file in the list, then save it to the same m3u file. If you enable the Loop playing, it will play only the portion between A and B for each file in the list.
• Now the list will only show the file name, instead of the full path + file name. When you save the m3u list, the file name will be saved as the title, and you can change that title to anything you want. ( With the good old notepad of course.)
• Finally fix some silly problems here and there. You will see the program sent out a command to DeoVR and it will wait until the command is done. During the very short waiting time you cannot play new files or jump to new position...etc.
  Note: This is the first version that can do A B loops. So there are problems here and there. I will keep sweeping the bugs.

Some changes.

• Remove the icons.
• Remove the file input. Instead you can directly drag files into the list.
• Replace the progress bar with a slider, which can easily control the position of the video.
• First attempt to add AB loop. Will write more functions for it.

Bug fixes

• Getting double click item the right way.
• Change file status text only when it's actually changed.
• Remove gamepad left and right for the conflict with DeoVR player.

Version 1.1.1 little improvements

Add gamepad B as the play/pause button.
Detects if DeoVR is not running any more.
Double click on an item in the list will mark it "Active".

Now it can support gamepad. Left to jump back, right to jump forward, up for previous file/link, down for next file/link.
