I tried to install Ecstazen baseline on a clean 70 with pillar dev7 loaded and I get and DNU
Instance of MetacelloAllowConflicitingProjectUpdate did not understand projectName

The DNU is fixed in facf4df.
Then the loading will continue, but you should be careful you'll have lots of conflicts (because it depends on what version of pillar you had loaded and the version declared as dependency in ecstazen)
