Third Pre Release! 🥳

After a PR by @znstrider, work has been done to extend setters to allow setting of background, plot colors, font colors, and spine colors. This Pre Release now allows users the ability to try out different styles, and once they are happy with their new theme, save it locally for future use

This is a great milestone for the package which should allow users who are not so confident in building the required theme files the ability to do so simply by creating their plots and using the add_theme() function to save it for later!
