For users of DNSimple domain management, this is a script that will dynamically update a DNS record with your current public IP address.

It is based on phusion-baseimage with ssh removed, for shell access whilst the container is running do docker exec -it dyndns /bin/bash
.
- Use the default or edit the
ddns.sh
in the/config
folder. - Update the
/config/cron/crontab
as necessary.
- Upgrade to the latest version simply
docker restart dyndns
. - To monitor the logs of the container in real-time
docker logs -f dyndns
.
