The supplied tarball contains the scripts to compile DT 4.8 on Ubuntu 24.04 - not the old stuff.

Compile Darktable v4.6.0 on Ubuntu 23.10

I have updated my scripts to compile Darktable v4.6.0 on Ubuntu 23.10.

Compile darktable v4.2.1 on Ubuntu 22.04

I have updated my scripts to compile Darktable v4.2.1 on Ubuntu 22.04.

2 issues:

• libheif: Ubuntu 22.04 provides libheif: version "1.12.0", DT 4.2.1 requires >= 1.13.0
• lijxl: requires Ubuntu 23.04 according to the jxl website

I have attached a small tar file containing only scripts for DT421 on Ubuntu 22.04

The scripts have been updated to support darktable v4.2.0 on Ubuntu 22.04.

I have updated the build scripts to build Darktable 4.0.1 on Ubuntu 22.04

The tarball includes only those scripts, not earlier DT versions on earlier Ubuntu versions.

Compile darktable 4.0.0 on Ubuntu 22.04

Scripts to compile Darktable 4.0.0 in a VM, or on your workstation.

The scripts work on Ubuntu 22.04 - I am now a happy DT4 user :-)

The attached tar file contain the necessary files for compiling darktable 4.0.0 on Ubuntu 22.04.
