Use production build for container deployment

Title says it all. As of now, the Cuiloa deployment uses a dev build.

Description

NextJS requires fine tuning for container deployments that do not go through vercel as far as I can tell from its own documentation.¹ Figuring out the magic string of commands, project config variables, and so on so that the containerized version of Cuiloa correctly builds and deploys on a production version of the application is something worth figuring out.
