Orphaned popupup annotations throwing null points in the viewer #376

I came across an odd sample that as blowing chunks on a few pages that had popup annotations without any parent annotation attached.

Make sure the problem is just a poorly formed PDF in that edits were made and the popups weren't deleted. Add code to protect against trying to render these orphaned annotations.
