Cleaned up the example command that is to be used in R for rmd files. I also took the commands to move hidden questions to the public database out of menu items and attached them to buttons. This will prevent the accidental movement of a large set of questions. This action is irreversible and mistakenly choosing this command from the menu item could lead to a large amount of work.
