Don't commit the extracted JSON files as well only need the generated `*.generated.go` files.
Allow using the latest version of the Unifi controller with `--latest`.

Removes generated intermediate files (i.e. the JSON files extracted from
ace.jar) from the repository and generates the Unifi client code from the latest available version of the Unifi controller.
