From this version on, the app is signed identically at Google Play and on GitHub (finally...).
This means that you have to uninstall the previous version if you have previously installed the updates from Github. If you are coming from Google Play, you can always download updates here from now on without uninstalling Grocy first.

If you have problems with the change (for whatever reason), you can download the update one last time with the old signature.
