Pascal Simple youtube-dl video browser

Inspired by Jan Lunge's work at https://github.com/wlard/youtube-dl-viewer

How to use:

1. Download videos with youtube-dl --write-info-json --write-thumbnail followed by your favourite parameters.

2. Download index.php and save it in the same folder with your videos.

3. Upload everything to your web server.
