Description of bug

when I started node, the terminal shows:

The "LOCAL (fork-aware) DB" API is not available for offchain workers yet.
And there is no block created

Any body can help me solve it, thanks

Steps to reproduce

1. at node terminal run commmands:

cargo run -- --dev

2. the error will show

[bkchr]

Which commit did you checked out? And this is the vanilla template?
