Use non-deprecated SVGO options in HTMLNanoOptimizer

This PR sets SVGO options using the non-deprecated API

Before:

$ rm -rf .parcel-cache/ && npm run build
[...]
console:
"extendDefaultPlugins" utility is deprecated.
Use "preset-default" plugin with overrides instead.
For example:

After:
No deprecation warning

We definitely want this, but posthtml/htmlnano#150 will have to be fixed and released first (and then we have to bump the htmlnano version range in the htmlnano optimizer).
